clean room cozy bed fresh linens noisy system thin wall door noise

The room was very clean. I appreciated that the bed was cozy and the linens felt fresh. The location is very close to attractions. Breakfast had good options.

The heating system made a lot of noise, it was difficult to sleep. I could hear everything through the door to the next room. It was impossible to rest with that.

i found the location to be excellent. it was an easy walk to many key attractions. the free parking was very useful and saved me money. the staff were always helpful when i had questions.

The ice machine on my floor was out of service. I had to go to another floor.

great location breakfast option parking fee

The location was FANTASTIC!!! I could walk to everything i wanted to see. Breakfast had many options, including waffles and cereals. The parking fee was only $5. It was a VERY welcome surprise.

The furniture seemed a bit old.

convenient location complimentary cookies

i found the location quite convenient with easy access to the state park. parking cost me $10 per night. the hotel had a water container with ice in the lobby. there were also complimentary cookies available one evening.

the hot water was completely gone one sunday morning when i needed a shower. the area around the hotel seemed a bit run down, with not many restaurants nearby. i had to rely on the beer bar attached to the hotel for food.

breakfast started at 7 am each day. the 24-hour coffee station offered only instant coffee, not brewed. i noticed a beer bar with food connected to the hotel, a handy option for meals.

thin wall unacceptable noise

The staff provided a refrigerator promptly when I requested one for medication storage.

The wall to the adjoining room was too thin. I could hear neighbors talking loudly. Noise from the adjacent room continued late into the night, preventing sleep. The front desk acknowledged the issue, but changing rooms was not possible.
